Orange County law firm is seeking a junior litigation associate with 1-3 years experience.
The Orange County office of this premier firm splits its full-service business into several practice areas, including: intellectual property, real estate, bankruptcy, litigation, and corporate. Intellectual property and litigation are both exceptional. The firm's work atmosphere is intense, but team-oriented. While associates have varied interests outside the workplace, insiders generally describe their colleagues as ""supportive."" Associates are expected to put in a great number of hours (especially at deal time); however, on the whole they tend to average a couple of hundred less than those at other major firms. Successful lateral candidates tend to have outstanding academic credentials (top 10-15%; top-25 schools) and proven ability to take on significant responsibility.
